Unexpressed emotions can show up in the body as a tight muscle, headaches, heartburn, an ulcer, anxiety, etc. Or, we might head right for the refrigerator, the couch, or the mall. I have developed a tool to help us through the STRESS of life. It's called TRAFFIC LIGHT THERAPY®
. The simple visual analogy of a traffic light makes this therapy easy to grasp... and reference it all day long!

Traffic Light Therapy® is a powerful tool that can assess, address and neutralize STRESS. It is based on the Eastern Medicine concept called Ayurvedic Medicine (pronounced I-yur-vay-dic). Ayurvedic Medicine is India's oldest Health Care System, dating back over 5000 years. It treats the Whole Person... physically, mentally, and emotionally. It assesses body type, personality and constitution. This system then categorizes them into 3 basic types of people. These types are called Doshas. The 3 Doshas are Kapha (ka-fa), Pitta (pit-ta), and Vata (va-ta). In Traffic Light Therapy®, Kapha is associated with the color Red, Pitta with Yellow and Vata with Green.
